2) Spurs have lost the passion and fight from last season
When chasing the title last season, you could see the passion and fight from the Spurs players. It was clear to see, they wanted that Premier League title. This season, the story is so much different.
At times, the players do not look bothered at all. The passion and fight that we saw last season has completely disappeared, and to be honest at times, it looks like a completely different squad.
Watching the game at Wembley last night was extremely frustrating. You could not see the difference between Spurs when the game was at 0-0, and when the game was at 0-1. I am afraid to say that there was absolutely no urgency in the Spurs’ play after the Leverkusen goal. Usually, after going a goal down, you would expect Spurs to come back fighting, but there was no urgency or fight after the goal, which is even more disappointing to see than the result itself.
