Corriere dello Sport report that Tottenham could make a move this summer for AC Milan midfielder Suso as Mauricio Pochettino looks to strengthen his squad with the season just weeks away from starting.

After Liverpool deciding he was no longer needed at Anfield, Suso has rediscovered some of his best form in Serie A, leading to reported interest from Spurs, who still believe that he can become a success in the Premier League.

However, they face competition from Bayer Leverkusen and Wolfsburg, who are also interested in securing the services of Suso. It is also believed that AC Milan are by no means willing to let Suso leave on the cheap, and they will only listen to bids in excess of £20m.

Suso was far from a successful signing at Anfield, he made just 14 appearances for Liverpool, failing to score of set up a goal in his time there. But the Spaniard has managed to turn his form around in Italy, making 34 appearances for AC Milan last term, scoring on seven occasions and providing nine assists.
