1) No pressure

Manchester United needs the top four. Without Champions league for a second season in a row, it would prove disastrous for the club, not only on the field but financially as well, as most of the clubs main sponsors are banking on Champions League football to get the most out of there deals.

Tottenham aren’t reliant on Champions League football. The team can go into the game on Sunday knowing that Manchester United, the club as a whole, will be dreading the next ten games as no other club needs Champions league more than them. Pochettino can play the open attacking football the fans have been used to and enjoying this season. Man United, on the other hand, are now forced to come out and play for the victory in order to keep up their push for Champions League.
