Three Players That Have Underperformed For Spurs This Season

Now, I must say that a lot of what is happening to Harry Kane is more about the team and style of play than it is of himself, but nevertheless he is still missing a few chances. For England, the pressure isn’t on Kane to deliver with every shot, and every effort isn’t analysed to the nth degree, but at Tottenham, the hopes of the team are resting firmly on his shoulders, and with no one else to release the pressure, what else was going to happen?

Sure, he should’ve scored against Everton and maybe against Sunderland, but if the team took some of the goal-scoring burden, maybe we would see a freer flowing Kane. He still needs to find his form again, but you can’t argue that Kane hasn’t been himself this season, and therefore has essentially underperformed.
