1) Harry Kane
If he starts, Harry Kane will be key to the outcome and the result of the game. He has been a huge source of goals this season for Spurs, and his sheer ruthlessness will pick up on any mistake that the Sheffield United back four will make.
His clinical nature has served him well this season, and if Mauricio Pochettino is going for it in the first leg to gain a lead, then he should start Kane. Hopefully the striker destined for a place in the England squad will continue his great form with another goal in the semi-final.
