2 – Ruben Neves
Tottenham have missed a player who can dictate games since Dembele was moved on. Eric Dier is often relied upon to set the pace, but he’s not at the level of some of his teammates. Neves would be a huge upgrade on the Englishman in that position. The difficulty is the fact that Wolves are well financially backed and have no real reason to sell, unless the player pushes for a move. He’d cost a lot, but could prove a great investment considering he is only 22 years old.
