Sissoko Starts: Tottenham Team News And Predicted Line-Up To Face Hull City

CDM: Victor Wanyama

What a chance Wanyama had to put Spurs level at Old Trafford in the second half, and what a miss it was. He completely misjudged the header in what was Spurs’ best chance of the game. However, he had a decent game in midfield and should start again here.

CDM: Harry Winks

Winks played well when he came on as a substitute against Manchester United, continuing his great form. He has played excellently in recent weeks, and deserves to start here.

RAM: Moussa Sissoko

From what I could see at Old Trafford, Sissoko has listened to what Mauricio Pochettino has had to say. He came on in the second period, and made a positive impact. He beat Matteo Darmian for pace and strength on a number of occasions, and played very well. He might get the chance to start here at White Hart Lane.

CAM: Christian Eriksen

Eriksen proved to be dangerous from set piece on Sunday, but I don’t think that he is very effective played out on the wing. It might be worth playing him in a more central role against Hull too see if he has much more of an impact.

LAM: Georges-Kevin N’Koudou

N’Koudou has looked bright whenever he has come on, but not made too much of an impact in terms of creating chances. It will be interesting to see how he does if he start at White Hart Lane on Wednesday.

ST: Harry Kane

Kane was left isolated in the game against Manchester United, and it is very unlikely that he will be isolated once again in this game. I back him to get on the scoresheet here.
