Janssen Injured, Kane Rested: Tottenham Team News And Predicted Line-Up To Face CSKA Moscow

CDM: Victor Wanyama

Wanyama has been playing well recently, and will bring solidity to the midfield here. It will be a night of rotation, but he could keep his place here.

CDM: Harry Winks

It has been an amazing few weeks for Harry Winks, he scored his first goal in his first Premier League start and he made his first Champions League start. He has been in good form recently, and I back him to start once again against CSKA Moscow.

LAM: Georges-Kevin N’Koudou

N’Koudou came on as a substitute against Chelsea and showed flashes of quality, but failed to create a clear-cut chance when we were chasing the game. He could get a chance to prove himself here in the full ninety minutes.

CAM: Josh Onomah

Onomah looked bright in the game against Gillingham, but hardly turned up in the next round of the EFL Cup against Liverpool. He might get another chance to prove himself here as somebody he could break into the first team in the next couple of years.

RAM: Moussa Sissoko

Sissoko was awful against Bayer Leverkusen at Wembley, but with us out of the competition, he could well get another chance here. He picked up his first assist in the game against Swansea at the weekend, and let’s hope he takes some confidence from that and put in a good shift here.

CF: Heung-min Son

I think that Harry Kane will be rested for the game against Manchester United at the weekend, and Vincent Janssen injured, we could see Heung-min Son lead the line as he has done previously this season. Pochettino could stick Kane on the bench and bring him on of things are not going Son’s way.
