Player Ratings: Arsenal 1-1 Spurs – Midfield Impress And Defence Stays Strong In Draw

Victor Wanyama- 8

In the 3-5-2 formation, Wanyama and Dembele sat in front of the defence, and Wanyama had a really good game. He broke up the Arsenal play excellently putting in some strong tackles and spread the play really well at times.

Mousa Dembele- 8

A Man of the Match performance from Dembele in the derby. He had a terrific game. The Belgian carried the ball forward excellently, winning the penalty in the second half. He was superb all afternoon and more than deserved the Man of the Match award.

Christian Eriksen- 7

A much better game from Eriksen. He tends to disappear during big games, but he was more involved than usual today. He hit the post with his free-kick and delivered a delicious cross that Harry Kane nearly converted in the first half.

Heung-min Son- 7

Used his pace a couple of times to cause problems for the Arsenal defence, nearly finding Harry Kane and a breakthrough just a few minutes into the match. Picked out Danny Rose with a lovely through ball, which nearly led to a goal. Solid game from Son.
