Spurs Look To Sign Young Frenchman On Loan

Tottenham have approached French giants PSG about the possibility of taking midfielder Adrien Rabiot on loan for the rest of the season.

Earlier on in the season, it looked like the midfielder would be leaving the French champions for good when talks about a new contract broke down. However, things were resolved between the two parties, and he has signed a new contract, taking him to the end of 2019.

Despite signing a new contract, the young nineteen year-old is still struggling to nail down a regular first-team spot, and being seen as surplus to requirements for now, manager Laurent Blanc is open to the idea of letting him got out on loan till the end of the season.

According to L’Equipe, Tottenham are one of the menu clubs interested in this option, with Mauricio Pochettini seeing him as the perfect man to strengthen the midfield area at Tottenham Hotspur. The deal would see Rabiot stay with Spurs until January.
