4. It’s time
To put it simply, it is time for Tottenham to finish above Arsenal. The gap has been getting smaller and smaller and it should’ve been closed last season but somehow, Tottenham slipped away again. The disappointment of missing out on the title spiralled out of control and the club somehow fell to 3rd. Arsenal are in a downwards spiral and Tottenham just keep getting better. With a stable team and new additions, no top players leaving like they have previously (Bale, Modric et. al), Spurs are perfectly poised to take advantage this season and actually finish the job. Arsenal’s tactics and football has grown stale and I can’t see them getting close to even a title challenge this season.
