3 – Hungry Squad, Hungry Manager
We saw Mauricio Pochettino become more and more animated on the touchline as the season went on, and the closer Spurs got to the top of the table, and we saw the Argentine thumping his fist against the ground, something that we had not seen much of before in his time at the club.
This hunger for success that Pochettino displayed was also shown by the players at certain points of last season, and again we can look back to the Chelsea game to see the passion shown by the Spurs players.
On the whole looking at the whole season, excluding the last two games, the squad looks hungry for success and we have a very passionate set of lads in the side, mirroring the attitude of the manager Pochettino. We saw that belief, passion and hunger helped Leicester City win the Premier League title last season, so why can’t something similar happen with Spurs next term.
