Recent reports have suggested that Daniel Levy has told Mauricio Pochettino that both Harry Kane and Hugo Lloris will be going nowhere over the summer, despite links with Manchester United.

However, in an attempt to tempt Daniel Levy into selling up, the Red Devils are reportedly going to submit a bid of £70m for the duo, in what they hope will be an offer just too good to turn down.

After struggling to invest wisely the £85m received from the Gareth Bale transfer in the summer of 2013, it is believed that Daniel Levy is now set to keep his prized assets and break a habit of a lifetime.

Lloris has become an integral part of the Spurs team and has provided great solidity behind the defence, and United could make him their primary target should David De Gea leave the club. Harry Kane on the other hand has been working wonders at the other end of the pitch, scoring twenty-one goals in the Premier League last season.

Will Daniel Levy stick to his reported promise, or will United come up with an offer just too good to turn down?
