According to reports in Spain from MARCA, Tottenham have had a bid of around £9million accepted for the Celta Vigo midfielder. The central midfielder is reportedly set to join Pochettino’s side to add competition in the squad. This could be a masterstroke at that price, as we all know how well Pochettino works with young players.
