With Sissoko out, Lamela will be expected to start out on the right wing. The Argentine played well in the EFL Cup game against Gillingham, getting himself a goal. He will hope to bring this form into the crucial Champions League game here.
CAM: Christian Eriksen
The Dane also played well in that EFL Cup tie against Gillingham, and that performance earned him a start at Middlesbrough, were he also played well. The time I expect Eriksen to this time play behind Janssen in more of a number ten role.
LAM: Son Heung-min
This man is in the form of his life, and just cannot stop scoring, bagging himself four Premier League goals since the international break, scoring another world-class goal on Saturday against Middlesbrough. Hopefully he plays the same way as he did on Saturday against CSKA on Tuesday night.
ST: Vincent Janssen
The Dutchman has played well since his introduction into the first team following the injury picked up by Harry Kane. He held the ball up well again against Middlesbrough on Saturday, providing the assist for Son’s seventh minute opener. More of the same please!
