Once again, it took a late, late show on the road to beat Steve Bruce’s Hull City. Christian Eriksen’s free-kick rebounded off the post for Harry Kane to slot into the back of the net, and then Eriksen completed the comeback in the 89th minute when he was allowed to turn an shot into the bottom corner. However, we were aided by a refereeing decision when Gaston Ramirez was controversially sent off for kicking out at Jan Vertonghen. Fans to took to Twitter after the game. This is how they reacted.
More cracks to paper over but will happily take the 3 points. Team don’t deserve the wonderful away day support they get #COYS

Is it me or does jan vertonghen only play football when we are 1 down and they have 10 men. Think he backs them for first goal.

Thats just like the villa gane, 1 nil down, opposition down to 10 men, we equalise from a set piece, and grab a late winner, thats freaky.

There is no doubt at all that there are problems at Tottenham. However, amid all of this, we are level on points with bitter rivals Arsenal. But we need to up our game, it is simple as that, otherwise we could be on the end of a massive thumping at the beginning of December at Chelsea. We are happy with the three points, but a lot of work has to be done.
