Report: These three Barcelona players could be offered to Spurs in Ndombele deal

Tottenham’s record £54million signing has so far failed to adapt to life in the Premier League and despite glimpses of quality for Pochettino, Tanguy certainly doesn’t appear to be the man for Mourinho right now.

Therefore Spurs are likely to be open to offers in the summer and the latest reports present some interesting dilemmas. According to SkySports, Barcelona are willing to offer both Nelson Semedo and Samuel Umtiti in a swap deal. A right back and central defender would go some way to helping improve Spurs defensive and injury concerns aside, the duo certainly have a lot of quality.

Player swaps could become more common this summer with SkySports going on to say that Barcelona cannot afford to buy Tanguy with money due to the implications of coronavirus.

Mundo Deportivo go one step further and suggest than Brazilian midfielder Arhur could be included in any deal. Arthur is yet to nail down a starting spot in the team and could be open to a move to North London.

It would be too much to ask for all three players to join, but who would you like to see arrive most at the club if you had to pick just two of the three mentioned in the article?

For me it would have to be Nelson Semedo and Arhur, both would go some way to improving the XI on the pitch and in my opinion be better suited to Tottenham’s style of play than Ndombele is.
