4 – Kai Havertz
Kai would be my number one choice, but perhaps the hardest to acquire. If Leverkusen are willing to sell Havertz this summer then the queue for his signature would be very lengthy. Tottenham may be one of the few clubs that could offer him immediate first team football, though. He may only be 19-years-old but Havertz has more than enough quality to be starting for Spurs and is only going to improve as he matures. Kai would be a statement signing and the club would easily be able to recoup a large amount of his transfer fee even if a move didn’t work out for whatever reason.
