2 – Ross Barkley
Everton have said Barkley can leave and that they expect him to join a big club in the Premier League in the coming weeks. Tottenham, Chelsea and Arsenal have been the clubs most strongly linked over the last 6 months, as it has become extremely clear that Barkley is not going to stay at Goodison.
Recent reports have indicated that Chelsea are close to signing Ross Barkley, but will Spurs make a late move? It seems Everton are willing to accept a bid as little as £15million, if true, Spurs would be foolish not to make a move to at least compete with Chelsea for Barkley.
