4 Reasons Why Spurs Can Beat Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea and Man City To Title

2 – Spurs Will Not Be Bullied

The eleven Spurs players that started the game against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge emerged out of the tunnel walked out to an incredibly hostile atmosphere delivered by the Blues fans on a night where the Lilywhite’s title challenge came to an end in a 2-2 draw.

Now, Spurs teams of the past would have rolled over and gone 1-0 down in the first ten or twenty minutes, but the Spurs side responded strongly to the hostile atmosphere, putting in strong challenges from the start, and went into half-time with a 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Kane and then shortly after Son.

Although Spurs to a certain extent lost their heads in the second half and let a two-goal lead slip, Spurs were in no way bullied at all. If Spurs can carry this attitude through into next season and in the big games, then they stand a much better chance of coming away with a positive result.
