Despite the obvious brilliance of Antonio Conte, Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola, they will be in their first seasons at the new clubs and in Pep and Conte’s case, in a new league. The Premier League is unforgiving, unlike league where they have previously manager, there are no easy games. Despite what the media will portray, it will not be straightforward at all for them to come and win the league in their debut seasons, no matter who they sign. Mauricio Pochettino, in contrast, knows and understands his squad. He knows their strengths and limitations and understands how to win games in the Premier League, he came so close last season and will believe he is capable of going all the way this time around.
