3 – Moussa Dembele
The Fulham striker is in high-demand according to the Daily Star, wanted by many top Premier League clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Spurs.
The Frenchman managed a solid seventeen goals up front last season in all competitions for the Championship outfit, and can be signed for free following the expiration of the striker’s contract. However, the eventual winner of the transfer race will have to pay Fulham a compensation fee as Dembele is under 24 years of age.
The youngster has had experience of English football, something that can do a player no harm moving to a Premier League club, but you would have to question whether he can make the step-up from the Championship to the Premier League and provide sufficient backup for Harry Kane.
However, if Pochettino were to sign the young striker, in my opinion, we would need another striker in addition to Dembele.
