2 – Mauricio Pochettino
In Pochettino, Tottenham have a brilliant manager. The Argentine has successfully implemented his style of play and his hard work is now starting to pay off. He has got the best out of some players who had previously been considered deadwood. Whilst Manuel Pellegrini ponders as to whether he will still be the manager next season, Tottenham have stability in Pochettino – who has a long-term plan for the club. The players are clearly playing for the manager and the same can sometimes not be said about Manchester City, who can often look more like individuals than a team. Manchester United also have huge question marks above their manager.
