Spurs Chase Crystal Palace Star

According to The Sun, Tottenham are preparing a bid for Crystal Palace star Yannick Bolasie, and it could include a player should a cash-only bid fails.

Bolasie is a wanted man after a great season in a Crystal Palace shirt, netting five goals in 41 appearances, and assisting many more as the Eagles secured a top-ten finish under Alan Pardew.

The DR Congo international has been valued at around £20m, but Spurs will be hoping that they can get the deal done for much less than the quoted fee.

Should a cash-only bid fail, then it has been reported that Palace are interested in Spurs winger Andros Townsend, and he could be offered in an attempt to bring Bolasie to White Hart Lane.

It has been a difficult season for Andros Townsend, after being preferred to Erik Lamela early on in the season, the England international has been dropped, and now the Argentine has taken his place. A move for Townsend in the summer would be no surprise to most.
