Reports coming from the Metro suggest that Tottenham will make a move for Bayern Munich star Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg in the upcoming summer transfer window.
It has been reported that the nineteen-year-old, who has just returned from a loan spell at Augsburg, has become a little frustrated with the lack of playing time he has received at the club, and number of chances he is likely to get next season with the German champions.
It could be a season of change at Tottenham yet again as Mauricio Pochettino prepares for the summer window after being able to assess the squad at Spurs for a whole season, and now has a good idea on what areas he needs to strengthen.
It has become clear that Pochettino plans to bring young players through the youth system, but if these rumours appear to be accurate, then it would seem that the Argentine head coach is not afraid of bringing young players in from elsewhere.
The midfield may go through yet another season of change, and we can only assume that Nabil Bentaleb will agree a new contract and stay alongside Ryan Mason, but Pochettino will need to invest in depth, and will this Bayern Munich wonderkid be the answer to his prayers?
