Reports from Sky Austria are claiming that Spurs have completed the signing of Koln central defender Kevin Wimmer for around £4.5 million.
It has been known for some time that Wimmer has been on our radar for a few months, with a few reports from Germany claiming we had already bought him and that he was still on loan at Koln. Both Wimmer himself and the Austrian national team manager have commented on the situation
Wimmer has described a move to white hart lane as “a dream move”, and the announcement of his dream move will be only a matter of days.
The singing of Wimmer will signal the start of the summer overhaul of the tottenham squad, with Franco baldini overseeing the sales of the players he bought, with Mauricio Pochettino making it clear that he buys the players.
