Mauricio Pochettino now has the highest win percentage of any Spurs manager in the last 116 years after his side’s years 3-0 win at West Brom this afternoon. Here is how we rated the players.

Hugo Lloris 8 – A spectator for the first 25 minutes, made two world-class saves from Morrison and then Yacob’s close range volley. Quiet second half until he saved Berahino’s shot that he tipped away, and saved Gardner’s header at the back post. Pure class again.

Kyle Walker 7 – Defensively he didn’t face too much trouble with Brunt not having the pace to match up. Forced the penalty decision when his cross hit Lescott’s arm; it was incredible pace to get in position and make himself an option for Eriksen to pass to.

Federico Fazio 7 – Had a few long balls go over his head that he had to deal with, and did fine while also getting a lucky ricochet off the forward that let him move away with possession. Was solid in the air and much better with the ball as well, getting better every game.

Jan Vertonghen 8 – Vital interception when Berahino and Anichebe made a one-two on the edge of the area, and a glancing header away when Anichebe was ready to meet it. Always comfortable on the ball even if he didn’t move up the field like he often does.

Danny Rose 8 – Great goal line clearance after Lloris’ save from Berahino. Attacked very well down the left hand side but didn’t stray out of position, was very disciplined. Tackling much improved, starting to look a more solid all-round left-back.

Ryan Mason 7 – Found himself in space so much during the first half; had a few disappointing passes that went out of play but showed good range with a crossfielder that landed on Eriksen’s foot. He didn’t get into the attacking half much, was content to let Paulinho move forward and he minded the back door.

Paulinho 7 – Did more in the middle of the field than we’re used to seeing, looked comfortable and started the move for the second goal with a pass to Lamela. Won as many challenges as he lost but did pretty well overall in the game. Drove a cross across goal that had a decent chance of hitting someone and going in. Had a great spin to get away from two players, but the shot was wild.

Erik Lamela 7 – Involved in the second goal with his pass to an on-the-move Dembele. Would love to have seen him keep his head up on a few counter attacks, and made one touch passes when taking a touch would have been the better option. Took a needless yellow card in the last minute when he clattered Yacob.

Mousa Dembele 8 – Very impressed. Great move for the second goal when he took Lamela’s pass and got the pass to Kane before he was fouled. Out of the blue he’s delivered some great showing s recently, needs to perform like this more often.

Christian Eriksen 9 – Free-Kick goal wasn’t quite placed in the top corner but Foster’s could only tip it into the roof of the net. Almost scored a second when he let Walker’s pass run across him with his back to goal, and totally caught out the defender, ran the show again, absolute brilliance.

Harry Kane 9 – MOM, ran the Baggies defence ragged. Scored our second goal when he took Dembele’s pass back onto his right foot with one touch to totally bamboozle his marker, and then his quick, powerful shot caught out Foster. Scored our third goal too when he slotted the penalty away; Magnificent again from Harry!

Nacer Chadli 6 – Good to see Nacer get some vital minutes ahead of a certain start ahead of the Derby next week, held play up well and looked sharp

Benjamin Stambouli 6 – Won the ball well plenty of times and helped us see the game out. Looking very good for £4million.

Roberto Soldado N/A – Came on for the last few minutes; a few nice runs and almost found over the top by Eriksen after one of them.
