Tottenham midfielder Aaron Lennon is set to leave Tottenham this summer, with Stoke leading the race for the 27 year-old.

Lennon could be one of the first to leave White Hart Lane this January as Mauricio Pochettino plans a major winter sale, and he could have a few additions in mind too.

Stoke are looking to sign the winger, and could make a bid of £6m in the near future, with talks already reportedly started between the two clubs.

Mark Hughes’ side are one of the many clubs interested in Tottenham’s longest-serving player, with West Ham and West Brom monitoring the England international.

QPR did try to sign Lennon in the summer, and could return with a bid in the January transfer window. Leicester could also attempt to beat Stoke to the Englishman’s signature.

Lennon has been limited to first team minutes, with other players occupying the right wing spot, Erik Lamela, and more recently Andros Townsend.

The winger has been limited to just 276 minutes of Premier League football this season and is deemed surplus to requirements in the eyes of head coach Mauricio Pochettino.
