Recent reports suggest that Tottenham youngster Eric Dier could be heading out on loan to get some more playing time under his belt.
Although there are no reported clubs interested at this moment, Spurs will still be looking to loan Dier out as it appears that there will be no playing time for the young Englishman in the near future.
With the new right-back DeAndre Yedlin set to arrive in January to provide some competition for Kyle Walker, is seems that there will be no place for Dier at right-back.
As for his favoured position, it seems that he will have no luck their either. Jan Vertonghen and Federico Fazio look to be the first choice centre-backs, with Vlad Chiriches and Younes Kaboul knocking on the door for a starting place.
Dier came to Spurs for a fee of £4m, and his career started off superbly. He was forced to move to right-back after Kyle Naughton was sent off. He ended up scoring the winner from right-back in the last minute of the game. He followed this up with another goal on his home debut against QPR.
