That was one of the best and most complete Tottenham performances I have seen in a long, long time. Not only did I enjoy it, the fans did too, sticking with the team the whole way through, even when we went 1-0 down. Here are our player ratings from this fantastic win.

Couldn’t do anything about Mirallas’ goal, was perfect afterwards and did brilliantly to deny Coleman late on

Very good showing against Coleman, made some superb tackles, guarded the flank well, very mature display

A display of leadership from Jan, commanded the defensive line, won all his tackles and won most of the aerial duels, superb from Jan
Federico Fazio- 8
Easily his best game for us, made several good clearances, didn’t make any errors and looked more composed, much, much better
Vlad Chiriches- 7
Did well at RB today, kept Baines anonymous for most of the match, he often wasted good opportunities but otherwise solid display from Vlad
Ryan Mason- 7
Very good display again from Ryan, was tenacious defensively and came so close with a great strike, drove the midfield very well again
Nabil Bentaleb- 8
Nabil is back! Didn’t lose a challenge, excellent work rate led to him making five interceptions overall, mature display today, was fantastic
Aaron Lennon- 7
Great display, his work rate in helping Vlad out with Baines and Mirallas was brilliant and it was that that led to Soldado’s goal too
Christian Eriksen- 8
Fantastic display from Eriksen, superb finish to score, was very effective on the left, did a great job in covering back as well today
Harry Kane- 9
Faultless display from Harry, his all-round play was perfect, held up well, passing was immaculate, take a bow Harry

Link-up play was brilliant, found some great passes, superbly calm finish to score, hope it’s the first of many for Bobby
Erik Lamela- 6
Erratic when he came on, often had chances to break away and made the wrong decisions, needs to improve his consistency
Eric Dier- 6
Filled in well for Vlad when he came on, was solid, won the ball well and kept string defensively
Paulinho- 6
Solid when he came on, held the ball well, applied good pressure and managed to help see the game out
